GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

​

- SF DRIVE carries out an activity of transport of people by road, any recourse to the services of SF DRIVE entails the acceptance of these general conditions of sale,

- The vehicle is provided by SF drive and it is driven by a professional driver representing the company SF DRIVE.- The driving of the vehicle is under the responsibility of the driver mobilized by SF DRIVE the driver keeps all discretion and appreciation on the choice of the route defined in the contract. It is forbidden to violate the rules of the highway code, on the express request of the Client.The transport of animals is authorized provided that SF DRIVE is informed beforehand at the time of booking.In case of subcontracting a service, SF DRIVE may call on its partners at any time, the Customer may be informed of the identity of the performing provider. In the event of disagreement, the Customer will have the choice as to whether or not to maintain the service ordered.

SERVICES PROVIDED

​

-The term "shuttle", "simple transfer" means the rental service, by prior reservation, of a chauffeur-driven car (VTC), arranged to transport a person or group of persons from a given place of departure to a particular place of arrival, according to a tariff package communicated in advance.
- "Provision" means the service of rental by prior reservation, car transport with driver organized to transport, a person or a group of people over a given time period, according to an hourly and/or kilometre rate plan communicated in advance.

DRAWING UP THE CONTRACT

- Before concluding a contract of carriage, a prior reservation request is required. It can be done by email, phone or SMS.
- Each reservation will be formalized by a written contract by email or SMS. This mission reservation may indicate: Name, first name, contact details of the client (address, telephone number,...). Date and time of the place of departure and/or arrival or details of the provision. Number of persons transported and any information relating to the service requested as well as the price of the service.
- After becoming aware of these GTC, the Customer must validate the reservation by giving his «voucher for agreement» in writing, mail, phone, or SMS.
- The reservation will only be considered accepted upon receipt by SF DRIVE of the "voucher for agreement", this validation by the Customer accompanied by the confirmation by SF DRIVE in return is authoritative between the parties.

CONTRACT AMENDMENT

- Any modification of the initial contract before the scheduled departure time is possible by mutual agreement between the Client and SF DRIVE according to respective availabilities and constraints.
Any modification of the contract during the journey is not possible on the following elements: day, number of people, pick-up and drop-off address, except by mutual agreement on the principle and pricing. Any hour started is due and any extra kilometer also. 

 

RATES AND PAYMENT
- Except in the context of the "Provision", the pricing of a trip is known in advance which depends on several factors such as: destination, place of pick-up, day and time (holiday, night time). These elements may justify a surcharge on the initial rate.
- The payment of any deposit can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card.

Any payment of the balance will be made at the latest on the day of the service when you get off the vehicle for individuals, and at the latest two months after the presentation of the invoice date for professionals. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or bank transfer.
- The prices shown are all taxes included (TTC), they include the VAT at 10% for traditional transfer services, and the VAT at 20% for provision services.

The prices quoted include: driver service, fuel, car costs, professional insurance for the carriage of persons in return for payment and professional liability, parking charges and tolls.

For the "Provision", the prices shown do not include parking fees and tolls, entry to public places. These additional fees may be added to the initial package of the reservation.
- SF DRIVE provides quotes valid for fifteen (15) days.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

- Each party may cancel a confirmed order under the following conditions. In any case, each party will make every effort to notify the other as soon as possible.
Lump-sum contractual compensation due by the Client in case of cancellation by him:
• D-1: up to 50% of the benefit amount.
• D-2: up to 20% of the benefit amount.
• D-3: up to 10% of the benefit amount.
• On the day of the benefit: 100% of the amount of the benefit.
In the event that the entire service has been previously paid by the Client, this sum will be returned to the latter, less the amount due according to the defined modalities.

In case of cancellation by SF DRIVE which is unable to offer an alternative solution at its expense through subcontracting, the conditions will be the same.
If sums have already been paid by the Customer, they will be returned to him within fifteen (15) days maximum.

RESPONSABILITES

- The Customer or passengers who are beneficiaries of the service remain responsible for any damage to property or body caused by themselves or other beneficiaries and which may be caused inside or outside the vehicle, as well as road fines, criminal sanctions resulting from their act or negligence.
- In case of damage caused inside or outside the vehicle (body impact, material damage,...) a lump sum compensation may be claimed up to € 800 per item concerned.
SF DRIVE will inform the Customer of the estimated travel time for the trip and decide on the appropriate departure time. In case of late presentation by the Customer, SF DRIVE reserves the right to honour or not the agreed service, outside the time constraints initially defined and disclaims all liability for incidental damage.
SF DRIVE is released from any liability affecting the service: disturbances in traffic (detour, driving ban, accidents, demonstrations..), weather conditions presenting a danger (snow, ice, flooding..).

Likewise, SF DRIVE disclaims all liability in the event of failure by the Customer to take note of the transport requirements and the provisions of these conditions.

- Both parties must make every effort to prevent a breach of the contract caused by an event of force majeure; the party wishing to invoke such an event must notify the other party, as soon as possible and upon presentation of evidence, the beginning and end of this event, without which it cannot be released from its liability and indemnities.
- In the event of an accident or breakdown of the vehicle, the driver will trigger rescue and assistance. Our insurances guarantee the material and bodily damages. They provide for a safe place of persons and the mobilization of another vehicle
for the end of the mission. SF DRIVE will make every effort to ensure the continuity of the mission in the time desired by the Client.

In case of material or immaterial damage, the professional liability of SF DRIVE may be activated.
SF DRIVE disclaims any liability for items forgotten by the customer in the vehicles or elsewhere during the service.
- Any claim must be made within fifteen (15) days of the delivery by registered mail.
